As a third-party service owned by a parent company, we strive in having our own identity. At Royal Paws part of our identity is also the community that makes us who we are. We pride ourselves in building meaningful connections with pet parents and families that hopefully last a long time.
Here are 4 things to know before using our service:
- We have zero tolerance for lies; dishonesty, rudeness, and those elements. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse service to anyone.
- Customers who have a complaint about a service but fail to bring it up to management but then file disputes or chargebacks will not be allowed to use our service again. At our discretion, we reserve the right to pursue litigation if we need to fight these things.
- We generally do not service pit bulls or larger sometimes aggressive breeds like them.
- Our business hours 8-4:45 are publicly available on all of our social media pages; Nextdoor, Instagram and other pages. Unless pre-approved by a manager all pets must be picked up before this time unless the booking was pre-approved. On the final day of the booking, all pets are required to be picked up by their pet parents by the close of business. Anything beyond 4:45 on the final day of service, will be considered a new day and result in additional charges for the extra time.
